As I was prolonging beside the KFC in Khichapokhari, I saw the first human robot used in it. It is myth that the human robot cannot be made to do the work as like the human being. It can be as or far better than the human being if it is controlled and execute effectively. The world need to be changed. The one of the foremost that the world seems to be changed is through the development of the human robot as fast as possible. The present scenario of the human robot is so worse in our country that even we, students of mechanical engineering are getting lack on this field. It can be used to make the human effort efficient in some extent not totally.
We should not be constricted as students rather it will be fruitful if we define us as a changer in the context. This field has attracted the most of the minds over the decade for its development but cannot get succeed as much as it to be. Somewhere the robots are increasingly used for the development of the society and somewhere humans are exploited for the development of society. So this needs to be changed in the practice. Researchers have been continuously working on the human robot and its effective implementation in the real world. Human robot is a field dedicated to understanding, designing, and evaluating robotic systems for use by or with humans. Behaviors and appearances of robots have dramatically changed since the early 1990s, and they continue to change, new robots appearing on the market, other robots becoming obsolete.
The design range of robot appearances is huge, ranging from mechanoid to zoomorphic to humanoid machines as well as android robots at the extreme end of human-likeness. Robots are getting the unique design nowadays and there hardware and software are also getting changed in course of the time in order to meet the demand of the human mankind. The definition and meaning of the robot is changing with time. What I mean by “robot” may differ by what a certain person mean. So the robot is not constricted in certain area rather anything that automate the system may be called as a robot.
In the perspective, we should know the pros and cons of the humanoid robots. The temperament of the people towards the human robot needs to be changed. Robots are here for doing small work as well as for the space exploration depending on the scenario. Based on the software human robot can do any possible work. Sometime it works as assistant and sometime in the front liner. Robotics is being used by the teachers to help instruct students on how to program, Robot teacher also used to interact with children and teach them to do simple tasks.
The use of the human robots has made the great revolution in the industrial sector and manufacturing company. Nowadays human robot has been used as the entertaining agent as we all are in the phase of short of time. Military is the platform from where new idea got generated, so human robots are widely used in the military for gathering information on real world. The human gets bored doing same work time and again but the human robot can do same work time and again as it is the main principle of the industries.Having these robot will lead to the development of the whole nation.
The robots may help to do a lot of difficult works but it may cost so high that a normal people cannot afford it. These human robot can make the human so dependent on others that they cannot even take care of health by themselves. That will effect in the income of the family and this may be the downfall of the human robot. This will lead to the crime and many social problem as people will have more spare time to think over nonsense side of the society. Also it cost the maintenance and repair cost time and again that will lead to the downfall of the company too.
A great development in science & technology leads to the advanced humanoid mechatronic systems that are rich in complex sensorimotor capabilities, it is an emerging & challenging research field that has received a great attention during the past years and will continue to play a central role in the robotics research.
